Title: Best Time Ever!

The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene. Like, don't get me wrong, the hotel was awesome, but we were hoping for some epic party vibes.

Impressive hotel with a lovely outside area and great views. Friendly and helpful staff. Though the weather was cold and damp during our stay, the staff made sure we were comfortable. Food was average but overall, we had a pleasant experience at Gem Park.

The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. I also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee provided in the room.

The hotel is in need of some serious updates. The decor felt outdated and the furniture was worn and uncomfortable.

Friendly and caring staff, attentive receptionist, helpful travel desk person, close to the center, kind and sweet employees, great place to stay.
